Dear Dr. William T. Anton,
I would like to take
this opportunity to introduce myself as I have been assigned
to your group as your Room Reservation Coordinator. Your
Conference Services Manager, will continue to handle the
details and set requirements of your meeting and catering
needs. I will be your main contact regarding your room
block. Your group is a telephone direct group and attendees
will be responsible for making their own reservations by
calling our reservation line at 1-800-835-5686 by
your cut off date of August 25, 2009. Your group will
be listed as China Post 1 American Legion and can be
referenced by your guests using group code SFCPA9. I
will be available to assist you with pick up reports and
delegate lists, monitoring your room block, making VIP &
staff reservations and answering questions before and during
your event that you may have regarding your room block.
Attached is a current
Room Block Report confirming your contracted block, cut off
date and group code. Please review the information and
notify me as soon as possible if there are any discrepancies
or you would like to request any changes.
Should you at anytime,
feel you are holding too many rooms please refer to the
attrition deadlines to ensure you avoid any attrition
penalties.

with you and please do not hesitate to contact me with any
questions or for additional information you may need. I can
